breakfast: whole wheat toast with peanut butter and apple - 5pts lunch: slice of veggie pizza - 5pts snack: three cookies and a pack of gummy bears - 9 pts walked to the gym + 6 pts supper: slice of veggie pizza, two pickles & choco. chip mufin - 9pts
