So I'm also doing weight watchers. So;
B; 4 pieces turkey bacon. 4pts. 2 slices of toast. 3 pts. Maragrine. 2pts. 1 Egg. 2pts.
So far. 11/24pts. Not good.

today I had...
breakfast: toast with an egg & milk - 7 pts
lunch: I bought a turkey panini from the cafeteria (actually my favourite food, it's so good) - 10 pts
then after school I walked to the gym (it's just a few minutes walk from my school, which is AWESOME) + 6 points
supper: chicken + veggie stirfry - 4 pts
peanutbutter square and water flavoured with lime cordinal - 3 pts
total: 18/24 pts (after taking away the 6 points gained from exercise)[/glow]
