I'm going to put it in 'points' food value beucase I'm doing the weight waters points thing so, today I ate... breakfast: cheesy eggs with whole wheat toast - 6 pts lunch: herb/veggies pizza on a pita - 8 pts snack: almond chicken thing (it's chicken, a bunch of veggies in chicken broth with water chestnuts, it's so good) - 4 pts and tonight I'm going to a dinner theater where I'll have corn chowder and brownies XD I realize that's the least healthy thing ever, but today is my cheat day. I know I only started two days ago so it'll be a total of 30 points, so I'll be 6 points over my points limit, but I have an extra 30 points per week for cheating, so it's alright. but I decided today as a cheat day cause I'm going to the dinner theater.

I'm going to be doing weight watchers too. But I ate like nuts yesterday so I won't even bother putting in my count.
