So this is what I ate today;
B; 2 egg omlete with mushroom and onion. Banana.
L; 1 slice Bandera bread. 2 slices Veggie Pizza. 1 slice Bbq Chicken Pizza.
So I realize that's not healthy at all. But I was at work and thats all they gave us for lunch. And I was hungry. From now on I am packing my own lunch.

today I had...
breakfast: a wafflewich (two waffles with a slice of ham and cheese in between)
lunch: a few taters, like 5 maybe?
snack: a few bites of avacado/corn/red pepper salad with lemon juice and coriander
supper: home made veggie pizza on a pita
and lots and lots of water

For supper I had;
Chicken Breast with Sweet Thai chili sauce. Asparagus Spinach salad with Balsamic Vinegrette
