So for breakfast I ate a bowl of frosted cheerios with soy milk- 210 calories =]

today I ate... breakfast: eggs with cheese and bacon - no clue how many calories, but it can't be healthy XD I took my dog for a 30 minute walk snack: a few bites of tuna noodle casserole, half a cup maybe supper: roast beef with salad, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and sweet potato casserole snack: green tea with honey

Ahh today I did so bad. But I always tend to eat a lot more when my sister is home from college.
Breakfast- cereal + milk=200 calories
Snack- Valentine's Candy=400 calories
Lunch- cookies= 400 calories
Dinner- Pasta + sauce= 600 calories
Snack- Cookies + cereal + milk= 400 calories
total- 2,000 calories!!!
I ate a lot today, but my logic is also "eat up a lot of the junk food, and then less will be in the house" My parents don't like the idea of dieting, so this is kinda the only way. But by Tuesday, I will be back to normal. I also did some toning exercises.
