I say we start a thread on what we did for exercise.
So far i have done nothing. But I plan on running for 30 mins and skipping roping for 20 mins.

[shadow=red,left,300]Ehh I was a lazy butt today. Also I had no way of getting to the gym. I only had PAL (or gym) today, so I got about 40 minutes of exercise. Skipping for 20 minutes? That's crazy! I've tried to skip for a long time before, but I just lose interest after two minutes, ahaaha. Also, one time I managed to skip for a long time, but the next day my calves were all cramped up .[/shadow]

So this whole exercise thing is more difficult than I thought. I have done nothing towards exercise. Tonight is my night. I'm forcing myself to do something.

today I walked to the gym (it's only a few minutes walk from my school) and worked out for a little over an hour
